Barbara Braham has worked with organizations since 1986 in both stage one and stage two of the Strategic Realization process. Barbara is the author of eleven books. Her most recent book is titled Be You Own Coach. 90% of her clients are in the service business: health care, government, utilities, not for profits, associations. Braham holds a masters degree in social work from the University of Kansas and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in organizational development.
